When asked to work on a consultancy assignment, you want to approach this project in such a way that you deliver high value to your client. On the other hand, you want to work effectively and don't want to be under time pressure.
In this course you will learn important consulting skills to successfully work on an assignment.
This course consists of several parts in which you will find out how consultants generally approach these types of assignments. This content is developed in collaboration with an ex-Bain & Company consultant. Next to videos, you will also find links to relevant material, you will do quizzes to test your recently acquired knowledge. But most importantly, we will provide you with assignments that will successfully guide you through a consulting assignment.
